type of training is suitable for everyone as the challenge
level is set to your individual level of conditioning and
goals. You will learn to master exercises which have a direct
correlation in helping, you sit, stand, walk and play your
favorite sport more gracefully and effectively. Thus it is
called “functional” because you are learning exercises
that directly improve you daily function as opposed to traditional
gym exercises, which may have little relation to living your
everyday life with greater ease.
